In our home you will always find the following:
Whole Earth Peanut Butter
Home made Granola – I use Sarah Wilson’s recipe (and yes I activate my nuts!)
Biona Brown Rice Malt Syrup
Herbal Tea – especially pukka three cinnamon, wild apple and cinnamon and night time. One real indulgence is Taylors and Kew Rose Lemonade & Tea Pigs Apple & Cinnamon.
A large tub of full fat yoghurt
A selection of Tilda’s steamed rice, my favourite’s are those with brown rice or other grains.
Avocados, cucumbers and tomatoes
Onions & Garlic
Tinned tomatoes, coconut milk and chick peas.
I always have a selection of fresh meat, fish and vegetables and I have a wide variety of spices.
Butter & cheeses – my favourite is chilli cheddar as it gives double the flavour
Milk, both skimmed and chi coconut milk
Curry pastes – red thai is my favourite
Low GI bread
and lots, lots more but the stuff above is always in the house that way I can put together a meal quickly which is both tasty and filling.
